How it works

Sunetric will lease a portion of your roof to operate a solar PV system. This system will power your common areas’ and your tenants’ electricity loads and will offset much of your normal utility costs. Your tenants will receive a bill from Sunetric for the solar power provided, and you will receive a rent check from Sunetric for the roof lease.

With the Sunetric Power Plan, your real estate, an existing, stable asset, becomes a no-cost platform for a new source of revenue to supplement existing rental income.
